Description of the panel	Clinical translation of biomedical and health informatics requires close collaborations between engineers, scientists, informaticists, and clinicians. This panel will include clinicians who have been involved with the inception, creation, validation, and clinical deployment of biomedical and health informatics tools. They will discuss their experience, pitfalls and solutions to overcome them, and recommendations for researchers pursuing tools for clinical translation.
