BHI-BSN 2022 Presentation Instructions
Oral Presentations
The oral presentation duration is 15 minutes including questions from the audience (around 12 minutes for the oral presentation and 3 minutes for questions). The questions will be made in a panel discussion at the end of each oral session.
A LCD projector & computer will be available in every session room for regular presentations. Please bring your presentation on a USB, as well as email it to yourself so you have a backup.
Speakers should arrive in their session room 15 minutes BEFORE the start of their session to report to the Session Chair. If you are presenting during a session which does not have a break before it, report to your presentation room 15 minutes prior to the session before yours.
Authors are expected to attend the oral session as scheduled in the program.
Also, you have to submit your PowerPoint presentation via EDAS by September 21, 2022.

Poster Presentations
Poster presenters no longer need to print and transport posters! This year’s posters will utilize ePosters and will take place in a PowerPoint format presented in Smart TVs of 55″! Our intention is to provide to poster presenters the opportunity to present their work orally, interact with the audience and have the same benefits as the presenters of oral sessions. Poster presenters will have a total of 10 minutes to present their work orally (around 7 minutes for the oral presentation and 3 minutes for questions). Poster presenters should arrive in the poster session room 15 minutes BEFORE the start of the session.
Authors are expected to attend the poster sessions as scheduled in the program.
Also, you have to submit your PowerPoint presentation via EDAS by September 21, 2022.

Virtual Presentations
Only those who have received explicit permission from the organizing committee are able to present in virtual format. These individuals will be sent a Zoom link to join their oral session and present live virtually. Virtual presenters should connect in the virtual room 15 minutes BEFORE the start of the virtual session.
Virtual presentations will take place in PowerPoint format. Please have your PowerPoint ready on your computer and share your screen when it is your turn to present!
